The California Organization of Police and Sheriffs (C.O.P.S) is celebrating 30 years of service in the law enforcement community with the launch of a video produced by Julian Mulvey Group.

The DVD is the latest part of the C.O.P.S. re-branding package produced by Julian Mulvey Group.

Opening with dramatic footages from the popular TV show “COPS,” the DVD weaves three compelling narratives to highlight the organization’s achievements in pioneering the Public Safety Officers Bill of Rights Act, legislation to protect peace officers, contract negotiations, 24/7 legal representation, and community education.

Taking the viewers behind-the-scenes, we follow Police Officer Stephanie Wharton on street patrols and classroom outreach as part of the C.O.P.S.-sponsored community programs.

From protecting the rights of police officers to building bridges with the community, C.O.P.S. now serves more than 100,000 active and retired officers, one million citizen members and the law enforcement community.

Widely recognized for its dedicated service to the men and women in the law enforcement community, C.O.P.S. has earned accolades ranging from Sen. Diane Feinstein to Los Angeles County Sheriff Lee Baca to former New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani.

More than 10,000 copies of the DVD have been distributed to the law enforcement communities and media in California.

Based in Washington, DC, Julian Mulvey Group brings a new creative punch to political and social communications - from online marketing to TV commercials.
