Elsie Lejano

Elsie Lejano is the production manager for Devine Mulvey. She is responsible for organizing shoots, editing, image and music research and licensing, and managing Devine Mulvey’s extensive production library.
Most recently, Elsie has co-produced videos for the Archer Center and Affinity Lab. She has also coordinated the production for Mayors Against Illegal Guns, PetPAC, and Devine Mulvey’s new firm marketing material.
Last year, Elsie produced and edited the USPIRG’s viral web video “Caught!” and coordinated the television and radio production for Deborah Goldberg for Lieutenant Governor. Elsie has also freelanced video projects as a videographer and editor for the Women & Politics Institute’s WeLEAD program at American University.
Prior to joining the firm, Elsie was assistant videographer for MFA Productions on the World War II documentary “The Nine Sisters.” On the weekends, Elsie shoots the Millennium Stage performances at the Kennedy Center for Internet broadcast.
Elsie holds a B.A. in electronic media and anthropology from The George Washington University.
